Dining Room/Foyer in Champions View Neighborhood -Alpharetta, GA

This home had been incredibly neglected. The light oak wooden floors were warped and scratched up from pets and indoor plants. All of the trim in the home was a sage green color with light antique pink walls. The new homeowners wanted a more updated space with dark walnut floors, black painted front door and stair railing, sandy golden walls and for the detailed trim and chair railing to be revived in a warm bone color. This project was about restoring and bringing the space into a more current color scheme.

Good-bye Ugly Kitchen Remodel for Resale

"Good-bye ugly kitchen," said the homeowners after the green laminate and badly wallpapered kitchen was demoed and down to bare bones. This home was on the market for almost 3 months with no offers and very negative feedback about the kitchen. When we were asked to update the kitchen for resale the goal became to neutralize and warm up the space. We wanted to bring in high-end materials such as granite and stainless steel to help the home become an equal contender with the other homes for sale in this $699,900 price range. No wonder they weren't getting offers!

Kitchen Elegance - Alpharetta, GA

This kitchen was suffering from materials use in the early 90's and colors that were VERY unique. The grey Corian and white glazed tile made the space feel cold and lifeless. We counteracted this feeling with brazilian tropical brown granite and brown tumble marble back splash. The walls were painted a warm golden color while we brought the trim work and cabinetry back to a neutral creamy hugh. We also updated the old white sink and leaky dishwasher with a stainless steel option, matching faucet fixture and stainless dishwasher by Bosch.

Victorian Bathroom Remodel

It is always so exciting to help clients accomplish their ideal space. This was
the case with our last project. The homeowners had lived in their carpeted,
one-sink master bath for over 10 years and they finally decided to make a
change. We removed the old flooring, vanity, light fixtures and tile and started
from scratch. We brought in an antique wooden vanity with marble top, two creamy
porcelain sinks and antique bronzed faucets. The floors, back splash and shower
were covered in brown porcelain tiles of varying sizes and angles. We extended
